A micro-water quality monitoring station is an efficient water quality monitoring device that integrates modern sensing technology, Internet of Things communication, and intelligent analysis functions. It monitor parameters such as water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, etc. in real time, assess the eutrophication and organic matter pollution level of the water body, and data support for water pollution control and black and odorous water treatment.

1. Product Introduction:
      Our company has independently developed and produced a small-scale automatic water quality monitoring station for outdoors in response to the national policy of strengthening environmental protection, maintaining the balance of the natural ecology, and promoting the sustainable development strategy of the national economy, and according to market needs. The station combines the national standard methods with advanced computer technology, achieving full automation of the determination process, which can be widely used for surface water quality monitoring in rivers and lakes.
      The factors causing eutrophication of surface water mainly include chemical factors such as N, P, organic matter, and HN4-. Therefore, monitoring the chemical indicators of total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand, and high-manganese acid index of surface water has become a necessary task, and monitoring in conjunction with the conventional five parameters (dissolved oxygen, turbidity, conductivity, temperature, pH) can comprehensively reflect the water environment index.

2. Monitoring Principle:
This outdoor water station adopts an integrated design principle, including a water supply and distribution system, a detection unit (five measuring modules for total phosphorus, total nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand, high-manganese acid index, ammonia nitrogen, and conventional five parameters), a quality control unit, and an auxiliary unit (waste liquid collection, lightning protection, air conditioning, etc.). The core unit is the detection unit, and total phosphorus, total nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand, high-manganese acid index, and ammonia nitrogen strictly follow the national standard chemical analysis methods. The conventional five parameters indicators (dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, temperature, pH) are measured by a multi-electrode integrated method.
